This website supports medicine enquiries, prescription uploads, store pickup requests, home delivery requests and WhatsApp contact. It does not provide a shopping cart, automatic checkout, online payment or medical diagnosis.
2. Product information and availability
Product listings are general catalogue information and do not guarantee stock, price or suitability. A request becomes eligible for fulfilment only after our pharmacy team reviews and manually confirms it with the customer.
3. Prescription medicines
Medicines requiring a prescription are supplied only after a valid prescription and any other required verification. We may refuse or seek clarification for an incomplete, unclear, expired or otherwise unsuitable prescription.
4. Store pickup and home delivery requests
Pickup timing and delivery availability are confirmed manually. Home delivery may be limited by distance, product storage requirements, local conditions and staff availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee delivery.
5. Price and payment
Prices, applicable discounts and payment arrangements are communicated by the store when the request is confirmed. This website does not collect or store card, UPI or online payment credentials.
6. Returns and cancellations
Return eligibility depends on the product, sealed condition, storage requirements, invoice, timing and applicable rules. Temperature-sensitive products, opened products and medicines that cannot safely re-enter inventory may not be returnable. Contact the store promptly for review.
